Arrived broken, November 28, 2002 By History buff "Tom" (Seattle, WA United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Spiegelau Vino Grande Martini Glasses, Set of 6 (Kitchen) The glasses seemed very nice and a good value, but unfortunately the manufacturer's box they came in was opened and glasses were broken when they arrived. A real quality control problem by [the shipper}Amazon. Fortunately customer service ordered replacements quickly, though I have the hassle of packing them up and shipping them back and now have to wait three weeks for replacements.

The glasses are a beautiful addition to your bar, but the packaging is extremely poor. Am shocked only one glass was broken. However, and this is frustrating... one must return the ENTIRE set and WAIT six weeks or more for a replacement, instead of returning the only broken glass(es). Let's hope packaging is better next time.
